By acquiring 100 timeshare units at the Emerald Beach Resort from Emerald Beach Resort, LLC, Wyndham launched their first timeshare destination in Panama City. In the works is a contract for Wyndham to purchase an additional 156 timeshare units there as well.

The timeshare resort already is well known for spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The resort will be available for occupancy within the next few weeks and is part of the FairShare Plus Program of Wyndham timeshares.

Including the Emerald Beach timeshare, Wyndham has 5 timeshare resorts in Florida’s Panhandle.
