Natural disasters are something that can hit anywhere the tsunami in Thailand hit the Marriott on the beach and although miraculously no one was killed the resort suffered for quite a while after with reduced bookings and a number of contracts canceled. However if managed right any company can work their way out of these mishaps. Unfortunately stories like this give Timeshare as a whole a bad name when there are many out there that are great products.
