My theory is, her fate was met with the ocean, which means no body recovery is likely. My guess is one of the three men repeatedly arrested and then released know more than they are telling. However, without substantial evidence, they can not be held or prosecuted. This is a case reflecting poor judgement on the victim, the consequences of such actions and it will very likley remain a cold-case.
