Each timeshare villas has a fully equipped, American-style kitchen, dining area, televisions, DVD player, and a furnished balcony off the living area, as well as a second balcony off the bedroom.

On property amenities include a night club, 2 gourmet restaurants, and a spa. Two golf courses and a marina are nearby, as well as shopping at KuKulcan Plaza.
