Timeshare Décor Designer Lubner Group Selected for Florida Project

The Lubner Group and Clive Daniel Home, respected interior, commercial timeshare decor designer, and have been selected to provide design services for Chateaumere, a residential community within the prestigious Pelican Bay in Naples, Florida.
The first phase of the multi-phase project has already been approved by the Chateaumere Board of Directors with completion of the work expected by the end of this year. Board Member Dick Miller explains, “After meeting with area design firms, we selected the Lubner Group and Clive Daniel Home as the firm best qualified to prepare a professional design and accompanying renderings for this project. We recognize that upgrading the quality of the lobbies and atriums in these buildings will have a positive impact on maintaining the overall value of the property.”
The Lubner Group Hotel and Timeshare Design Services
The Lubner Group is a widely known name in hotel and timeshare services, providing purchasing and design services for commercial and shared-use properties plus developers of condominiums and single-family communities in North America and abroad. The company is based in Fort Myers, Florida and has an office in Orlando. The Lubner Group provides interior design, manufacturing and purchasing-related services, including custom-designed furnishings unique to each property.
The 60-unit, Chateaumere project will include input from property residents, who will work with Clive Daniel Home designers Charlie Hansen and Rebekah Errett-Pikosky. Areas for design and décor will include the lobby, atrium, and the common areas of two luxury residential buildings. The property includes a high rise and four mid-rise buildings with world-class amenities, multiple swimming pools and tropical landscaping.
