Festiva Timeshare Expands Headquarters in Asheville North Carolina

Festiva Hospitality Group (Festiva timeshare) has announced the acquisition of new space in Asheville, North Carolina, for expanding its headquarters facilities. The property, located at 521 College Street, was formerly used by Re/Max Real Estate.
Festiva timeshare, which has always been connected to the local community, is pleased that this new location helps grow the company’s presence in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, reinforcing its brand as a nationwide company with deep roots in Asheville area.
Festiva timeshare employs approximately 100 timeshare industry and vacation ownership professionals in its Asheville offices, and nearly 1000 employees nationwide. Festiva timeshare currently manages, owns and or operates 23 resorts and has approximately 70,000 Festiva members, including some 23,000 members of the Festiva Adventure Club. Most Festiva resort destinations are located in the US Midwest, Southeast, or Northeast, or in the Caribbean. Festiva’s vacation opportunities also include Festiva Sailing Vacations, a Festiva company that operates the Festiva Cruise Club, charters all-inclusive luxury catamaran yachts from five destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Greece.
