CLC’s Roy Peires Announced as GNEX 2014 Industry Speaker

Representatives from the 2014 Global Networking Expo (GNEX) have officially confirmed Roy Peires, the Chairman and Founder of CLC World Resorts & Hotels, as 2014’s Industry Keynote Speaker.
As previously discussed here on The Timeshare Authority, the 4th annual GNEX event will be held from February 9-12 at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota. GNEX, also known as the Timeshare Leaders Conference, provides an opportunity for industry professionals and executives to network and discuss current trends.
Each year, the event highlights an industry leader to share their “life story”. The keynote speaker has the opportunity to share their life experiences, achievements within the industry, and the steps they took to be successful.
This year, Roy Peires will look back upon his 30 years with the industry, including the conception and development of CLC World Resorts & Hotels. Since their founding in 1984, CLC has grown from a single Club La Costa Resort into an empire of more than thirty resorts across the globe. The company portfolio also features over 50,000 timeshare members and 2,000 freehold properties. In 2013, their latest achievement features their first resort in the U.S. and a rebranding from Club La Costa to CLC World Resorts & Hotels.
As one of the largest and most successful European timeshare companies, Peires can provide insight on the foreign market.
