5 Club Wyndham Timeshares Awarded RCI Gold Crown Designation

Five Club Wyndham timeshares managed by the Outrigger Enterprises Group have been added to the list of RCI Gold Crown and Silver Crown Resorts.
These prestigious titles are used as a rating system within RCI’s timeshare exchange program. Guests know that when selecting an RCI Gold Crown Resort, they will receive only the highest quality service and accommodations.
All five resorts are located in Hawaii on the islands of Oahu and Hawaii Island. The Royal Garden at Waikiki (Oahu), Kona Hawaii (Hawaii Island), and Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk (Oahu) received the RCI Gold Crown designation. The Royal Sea Cliff Resort and Mauna Loa Village on Hawaii Island received the RCI Silver Gold Crown Resort title.
Outrigger’s Regional Director Bob Berges said, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Outrigger-managed Wyndham properties for going above and beyond in making our RCI guests feel relaxed and satisfied during their vacation time spent at our Hawaii properties.”
To receive this impressive honor, a resort must show high levels of service, hospitality, and accommodations. The timeshare is judged on a series of ratings including guest experiences measured by RCI Comment Cards.
“There are five measurements used in rating the RCI experience at our resorts: Check-in Check-out, Resort Hospitality, Resort Maintenance, Unit Maintenance and Unit Housekeeping. The teams at these resorts have proven what can be accomplished when working together. Thanks to all for a great accomplishment,” said Berges.
