Grande Bay Resort in St. John Introduces New Resident’s Portal

This week the Grande Bay Resort & Residence Club announced the arrival of a new resident’s portal and reservation platform.

Not only is the new website more sleek and user-friendly than the previous site, but the design and content provides members with everything they need to plan a fabulous vacation. Guests can view last minute travel deals, room specials, and book their trip all on the site. They can also book dining reservations and sports activities online.

A new feature is a “Travel Tips” section. In this section, guests can view answers to frequently asked questions about St. John, weather information, and upcoming events at the resort.

The resident’s portal also features an interactive map of St. John to allow members to “Tour the Island” before their visit. Here guest can find information on local restaurants, beaches, nightclubs, shopping, and more. There is also the option to print out a personalized itinerary, to make vacation planning extremely easy.

New guests can also take an insider’s peek into the resort with updated guest room images. These high resolution images now show all guest room styles, including the penthouse. Many of the resort amenities and grounds areas can also be seen through this photo gallery.

General Manager at Grande Bay Resorts, Paul Helson said, “With our new design, we wanted to give users as much valuable information as we could. The new floor plans and virtual tours featured on the website give visitors a close-up look at our resort and beautiful St. John.”

Timeshare owners at the Grande Bay Resort Residence Club will also enjoy a private forum to discuss owner news and trade weeks with other owners.
