Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues Increase at All DVC Resorts

If you are a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) member, you will soon receive the “Notice of 2014 Annual Meetings” in the mail or by electronic statement.
The “Notice of 2014 Annual Meetings” for the Disney Vacation Club resorts includes all information to be covered at the annual owners meeting in December. Topics included within the notice include the resort budgets and owner fees for the upcoming year.
Annual membership dues have increased for all owners. Increases range from 1.1% for owners of Aulani and Disney’s Boardwalk Villas to 5.6% for owners of the Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. All Disney Vacation club owners are required to pay these fees in order to remain in good standing with DVC and book upcoming reservations.
These dues cover the overhead costs of the resort including housekeeping, staff, utilities, park transportation, and property taxes. A portion of these fees will also go towards a reserve for future repairs and renovations. We have included an overview of the fees below.

More information about these fees will soon be available on DVCMember.com. Typically, electronic copies of the “Notice of 2014 Annual Meetings” are available by visiting the site and clicking “My Membership,” then “Condominium Association Meeting Notices.”
The final budgets will be approved at the annual member meeting on December 11, 2014.
