Dancing Bear Aspen – A Timber Residence Club®, has just officially opened its final set of residences this week to their new owners. This is the second set of residences at Dancing Bear Aspen. The Mountainside building features 10 three-bedroom units, three-and-a half bathrooms sold in 1/8th fractional interests. Starting at $825,000, the building promises uncompromised luxury in the heart of Aspen for all owners.

Each of these 3,200 square foot residences feature a blue and grey color pallette, oak floors, copper highlights, and leathered marble countertops in the gourmet kitchen. The Mountainside building is also host to a restaurant/bar, underground parking garage, and a ski locker room for owners.
