Diamond Resorts International Names New Celebrity Ambassador

Diamond Resorts International has announced a new partnership with race car driver Michael Waltrip, who will serve as the vacation ownership brand’s celebrity ambassador. In addition to the agreement with Waltrip, Diamond also plans to give members access to all-new vacation experiences and perks.

Waltrip will mainly serve as a spokesperson for Diamond and present its signature vacation ownership experiences to current and prospective members. He will also make personal appearances at Diamond’s Events of a Lifetime^®, giving members and owners the chance to meet him, receive signed autographs, and tour the facilities at many NASCAR events.

Another part of the membership with Waltrip will grant Diamond Resorts International timeshare owners premium seating at races in destinations like Daytona Beach, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.

Waltrip said of the agreement:

Michael Waltrip is the most recent addition to Diamond’s list of celebrity ambassadors, and the first race car driver to join the ranks. Musicians and athletes such as Colt Ford, Jana Kramer, Reggie Jackson, Bud Norris, Brian Day, Mark Rypien, and more.
