Disney’s Copper Creek Villas & Cabins to Open July 2017

New details have recently been announced regarding Disney Vacation Club’s newest timeshare resort, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The points charts have been released, and an official opening date has been set for July 17, 2017.
Sales for Disney Vacation Club’s fourteenth timeshare resort will begin on March 8, 2017 for existing DVC members that want to add Copper Creek points to their ownership. Points will be sold at $176 per Copper Creek point. Current owners will enjoy a $1,000 discount on their purchase of 150 points or more. There are additional higher incentives for the more points current owners purchase.
New buyers looking to own Copper Creek points will be able to purchase on April 5, 2017. Prices for new owners will start at $7.33 per point purchased.
Accommodations are available in various sizes including guest rooms, studio villas, one-bedroom villas, two-bedroom villas, three-bedroom grand villas, and the cascade cabins.
Guest rooms sleep up to four guests with a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa with a full bathroom. Studio villas will also sleep four guests with the addition of a kitchenette and a private outdoor sitting area. One-bedroom villas can sleep four to six guests with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. These units also feature a full kitchen, washer and dryer, jet tub, and a balcony or patio. Two-bedroom villas sleep up to eight and combine the amenities for a one-bedroom villa and studio. Three-bedroom grand villas accommodate twelve guests with a king bed, four queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. These sprawling units offer a full kitchen with a dining table, three full bathrooms, and even an in-mirror TV in the bathroom.
The cascade cabins offer the most unique accommodations. They sleep eight guests and have two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, two-sided stone fireplace, and a furnished deck with a picnic table and private hot tub.

Disney Vacation Club has also recently updated the name of Disney’s Villas at Wilderness Lodge to Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Copper Creek Villas are now the second villa-style accommodations available on the Disney’s Wilderness Lodge resort property.
