Hilton Grand Vacations Timeshare Tower Opens in Waikiki

Hilton Grand Vacations Club

Hilton Grand Vacations has just announced their newest vacation ownership property opening in Hawaii. This new tower in Waikiki is the fifth Hilton Grand Vacations property on Oahu and the eighth in all of Hawaii.

This new property, known as The Grand Islander by Hilton Grand Vacation Club, features 38 stories and 418 suites. The suites come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom with two- and three-bedroom penthouses also offered. This new tower features locally sourced materials for the interior design and also spotlights local Hawaiian photographers and artists.

The Grand Islander has been in the works since June of 2014 and was developed by Blackston with Hilton Grand Vacations taking the helm to manage the timeshare sales, marketing, and resort services.

“The start of sales for The Grand Islander roughly two years ago was the most successful launch of a new timeshare project in our company’s history, which signifies the current strength of Hawai’i’s visitor industry and speaks to the continued demand for the destination from our HGV members,” Mark Wang, president and CEO of Hilton Grand Vacations, said in a release.

Amenities featured at the Grand Islander include an outdoor mini-pool, whirlpool, and sundeck. Guests and owners will also be able to take advantage of the amenities offered at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, featuring four pools, a full-service spa, fitness centers, shops, and even restaurants.
