Festiva Resorts, a well-known brand in the vacation ownership industry, is reportedly ramping up on-site amenities and other offerings available at select properties across the country. Part of its Elevating the Journey campaign, Festiva will make various improvements to resort grounds and inside individual suites to give guests and owners a heightened vacation experience.

Festiva resorts located in Florida, South Carolina, and Missouri will see significant changes to their amenities and services provided. With improvements already underway, five Festiva properties are expected to undergo their transformations through 2018.

The founder and CEO of Festiva resorts, Herbert H. Patrick, Jr., spoke to the importance of the renovations:

“We are very excited that the quality, services and amenities at several of our most popular resorts are being improved and expanded. During the next three years we anticipate all properties will undergo positive changes which will enhance the experience of our owners and guests.”

Festiva’s flagship property, the Ellington at Wachesaw Plantation East, will see extensive improvements. The Murrells Inlet, South Carolina resort will see significant in-room renovations, providing each space with more modern and vibrant beach decor. The property will also benefit from the acquisition of the Wachesaw East Golf Course and the Eas Grill & Pub, providing guests with more things to do and more places to dine. In addition, the brand’s signature Charleston property, the Church Street Inn, will receive a new owner lounge and yet-to-be-determined amenities.

The Festiva Orlando Resort will also receive some exciting bonus on-site amenities and upgraded timeshare suites. Further east, Festiva’s New Smyrna Beach resort at Coconut Palms II will see a remodeled sales center and improvements to the popular Tiki Hut.

The Cabins at Green Mountain in Branson is also slated for some various renovations. Owners can expect to see unit upgrades and a brand-new clubhouse pool by the end of 2018.
