Accor Vacation Club Adds Mercure Gold Coast Resort to Portfolio

Australian based holiday lifestyle program, Accor Vacation Club, recently announced the addition of Mercure Gold Coast Resort to its growing network of properties. This totals the vacation club’s portfolio to 24 resorts.

The refurbishment team of Accor Vacation Club is currently redesigning accommodations on the resort site to fit the travel needs of their Club members. Members can book at stay at the resort starting on November 25th of this year.

Craig Wood, Chief Executive Officer for Accor Vacation Club, commented on how perfect Mercure Gold Coast Resort will fit into their portfolio:

Wood also commented that Accor Vacation Club has experience high growth in the Sydney marks and will add more inventory to The Sebel Manly Beach to meet demand.

“Similarly, destination Gold Coast is always in demand. With the addition of property within the Mercure Gold Coast Resort our members are now spoilt for choice in this location, with hotels that will take them from the beach to the golf course, depending on the style of holiday they prefer.”

Mercure Gold Coast Resort is the club’s fourth location on the Gold Coast. It is close to five premiership golf courses, Cbus and Metricon Stadiums, beaches, and rainforests. On-site guests will enjoy two outdoor pools, tennis courts, a gym, outdoor spa, and massage services.
