Timbers Resorts Appoint New General Manager of Timbers Kaua’i

Timber Resorts has just appointed Eric Cucchi as the General Manager of their Kaua’i property, Timbers Kaua’i Ocean Club & Residences at Hōkūala. Prior to his new role, Eric Cucchi has been with Timber Resorts for eight years working as Senior Project Manager.

Timbers Kaua’i is currently preparing to complete construction in the late spring of 2018. Until the opening, Eric will continue to work as Senior Project Manager for Hōkūala for the development team and master association oversight. He will then transition to General Manager prior to the anticipated grand opening on June 1,2018.

“Eric possesses an extensive knowledge of hospitality development and luxury resort operations, which in addition to his breadth of experience with Timbers Resorts will serve him extremely well as he oversees Timbers Kaua’i,” said Gary Moore, Managing Director of Hōkūala. “From his passion for delivering an incredible and unique experience to each owners and guest to his careful attention to financial management, our owners and guests are in excellent hands with Eric’s expertise.”

Timbers Kaua’i Ocean Club & Residences at Hōkūala will sit on 450-acres and offer premier residences in two-, three-, and four-bedroom luxury townhomes. Whole ownership opportunities range from $2.4 million to $10 million for the oceanfront properties. Fractional ownership starts at $355,000.

Eric Cucchi expressed his excitement for the opportunity to manage this new property:

Cucchi has other roles prior to working at the Kaua’i property including Front Desk Associate, Rooms Director, and Director of Operations at various resorts. He graduated Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Natural Resources Recreation & Tourism with a minor in International Business.
