Tim Loughman Appointed Hilton Grand Vacations’ East Coast Area VP of Resort Operations

Hilton Grand Vacations has just announced its newest addition to the executive team, Tim Loughman. Loughman will join HGV as the East Coast area Vice President of Resort Operations where he will oversee and drive all aspects of resort operations for 15 Hilton Grand resorts on the East Coast.
The East Coast resorts in his inventory include popular destinations in Florida, South Carolina, New York City, and Washington DC.

Previous to this position, Loughman served as Vice President at Hilton, Luxury and Lifestyle at Hilton. At over 80 hotels and resorts under the Astoria, Waldorf, Conrad, and Canopy brands, his responsibilities included overseeing resort openings, culture, guest experience technology and services, and training and brand standards.
Before joining the Hilton and HGV teams, Loughman has a long track record of senior-level hospitality project management experience including his role as founder and senior consultant at Offshore Hospitality Solutions and general manager positions at Starwood Hotels and Resort’s Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and Los Angeles properties.
Loughman attended Cornell University where he received a bachelor’s degree in business and hotel administration.
