Circle by Melia and Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real Officially Open in the Dominican Republic

The renowned Spain-based hospitality company Melia Hotels International has just held its official opening for their newest property in the Dominican Republic, Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real all-inclusive hotel and Circle by Melia vacation ownership resort. As the seventh property on the island, Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real features 432-rooms while the Circle by Melia has 144 one- and two-bedroom suites.

Dominican Republic President Danilo Medina and Melia Hotels International’s VP of the Americas Alvaro Tejeda Schroder were joined by the country’s Minister of Tourism, and President of ASONAHORES (National Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Dominican Republic) at the opening ceremony.

The state-of-the-art hotel and resort have features including an aqua adventure waterpark, seven swimming pools, a kids club, 14 specialty restaurants, a fitness studio, and a world-class spa. The property also includes 108 ground-level, swim-up suites with direct access to an exclusive pool surrounded by gardens and a solarium.

Club by Melia members will also have access to a number of additional vacation services to enhance their trip including cooking classes, water sports, water activities, small-group instructed fitness classes, world-class golf instruction, and more.
