Margaritaville Holdings announced its project to build a $250 million, 150-room, six-acre destination resort in Nassau, Bahamas called The Margaritaville Beach Resort at The Pointe with construction already underway. This oceanfront property will be home to a number of amenities  including a water park, spa, entertainment center, kid’s club, famous Margaritaville menus, shops, and marina.
