Hyatt Hotels Corporation has just announced that Hyatt completed the acquisition of Apple Leisure Group® (ALG). Apple Leisure Group is a leading luxury resort-management services, travel, and hospitality group. The company was acquired from affiliates of KKR and KSL Capital Partners, LLC.

Apple Leisure Group is happy to report that construction has begun on two brand new all-inclusive resorts in Miches, Dominican Republic. Two of the 18 management deals secured by Apple Leisure Group in 2019, Secrets® Playa Esmeralda Punta Cana and Dreams® Playa Esmeralda Punta Cana are the first AMResorts-branded properties in this area.

Apple Leisure Group (ALG) company AMResorts has just announced a new brand management deal in Aruba to bring the first Secrets Resorts & Spa property to the island, named Secrets Baby Beach Aruba.
