Roger B. Kennedy Construction company officially began a $24 million dollar project at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida. The building to be constructed is Building 70—an eight-story, 80-unit timeshare building. Kennedy Construction has done $300 million worth of projects at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa and Westgate Resort in Kissimmee to date.

After years of postponements, Marriott’s Crystal Shores resort will complete its renovations and addition of two new towers. The Marco Island, Florida property plans to offer 148 new units at the resort by fall of 2017. The new accommodations will be complemented by a new tiered swimming pool as well, with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico directly behind. [Read more…]

Just announced, Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has been chosen to provide management services to La Boca Casa Resort. VRI entered into a property management agreement with this Boca Raton resort, located on Florida’s Gold Coast.
