ARDA Southeast Conference Will Focus on Caring for Timeshare Owners

The next meeting of ARDA (the American Resort Development Association) will focus on caring for timeshare owners. Scheduled for next week, November 1 and 2, in Orlando, Florida, the ARDA Southeast regional meeting is the last ARDA regional event for 2012.
Beginning at 3:30 PM on Thursday November 1, the meeting will kick-off with a session that looks at connecting with timeshare owners. This insightful presentation will look at how to best conduct timeshare owner meetings and the most effective use of social media, email newsletters, and bulletin boards. Thursday evening’s schedule will also include a reception and product showcase beginning at 5:00 PM.
Friday morning will kick off with panels that include:
- Timeshare resales and timeshare transfer
- Consumer protection, including experts from industries outside of vacation ownership
- Personal development
- Timeshare resort pest control
- Other timely topics
As always, the busy two-day sessions will also include time for networking, wrap ups, as well as time for a Friday luncheon. Preceding the meeting on November 1, from 9AM to 11:30 AM will be an ARDA Supplier Certification class, an important program of the ARDA Suppliers Council.
