HGVC Named Included in the Orlando Sentinel Top 100

Hilton Grand Vacations Club (HGVC) has been selected by the Orlando Sentinel for their annual Top 100 Companies for Working Families. Although this is not the first year that HGVC has received this honor, the timeshare company is excited to reach the top 20 for large companies in Central Florida.

For 21 years the Orlando Sentinel newspaper has recognized Central Florida businesses with their Top 100 Companies awards. When selecting candidates, the Orlando Sentinel looks for businesses that demonstrate a commitment to working hard while balancing a family. This is the 4th year that Hilton Grand Vacations Club has made the Orlando newspaper’s list and the 1st year that they have reach the top 20.
To receive this award, each eligible company must fill out an application. This application will ask a series of questions, which the Orlando Sentinel will use as a score sheet. The questions cover a variety of categories including work environment, family-related benefits, core-benefits, training, and communication. All applications are reviewed by an unbiased panel of HR experts.
