Excitement Builds for 2015 GNEX Conference

There are only a few more weeks until the GNEX 2015 timeshare conference and excitement is building at the Perspective Group. This is the 5th year that the annual conference, dubbed “The Global Meeting of Minds,” will take place.

This year’s event, hosted by the Perspective Group, will run February 15–18 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California. GNEX unites leaders and senior executives from over 100 companies within the timeshare industry. The event brings together the industry’s top leaders to form new business connections, share advice, and plan for the upcoming year.

President and CEO, Perspective Group Paul Mattimoe said, “Part of the conference’s allure is that it levels the playing field. Companies large and small, from any association or affiliated group join in and shape the conversation. Delegates benefit from chance introductions that lead not only to business deals, but also to collaborations, further introductions, and friendships.”

The conference will kick off on Sunday with the GNEX 2015 Dream Car Challenge. Here, attendees can test drive exotic cars and set free their inner race car driver. Although driving the cars will be an experience in itself (each car is valued at $250,000+), drivers will love speeding around the custom made track like a Nascar driver.

Throughout the week, GNEX will feature various session and panels focused on growing the industry and creating new business opportunities. The Perspective Group is excited to welcome new speakers, as well as returning presenters including Mark McCullough, TripAdvisor’s senior territory manager for the Americas. Greg Crist, National Timeshare Owners Association’s president and CEO, will also provide insights from the 2015 Timeshare Owners Study.

Attendees can also partake in a variety of social events including a GNEX night to remember presented by DAE. The party will take place at FLUXX Nightclub and will offer complimentary food, drinks, and entertainment for GNEX attendees.

At the end of the week, guests will the GNEX Wrap Party aboard the USS Midway in San Diego Bay. Throughout the evening, party goers can tour the ship while sampling cocktails. For the main event, the 2015 Perspective Magazine Award winners will be announced at a gala aboard the ship.
