Diamond Resorts Announces Senior Management Promotions

Last week, Diamond Resorts International® announced the promotions of Michael Flaskey and Ken Siegel. They also announced the retirement of Matthew Avril, who will continue as an advisor during his retirement.

Chief Operating Officer, Michael Flaskey, is now Chief Executive Officer. General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, Ken Siegel, is now President.

David Sambur, Diamond Resorts Chairman of the Board, thanked Matthew Avril for all his contribution he made during his time as CEO and he looks forward to continually working with him as an advisor. Avril responded saying that he is grateful for the Diamond Resorts team members for supporting and understanding his decision, as it is one he made based on the needs of his family.

Sambur also commented on the recent promotions:
