Wyndham Worldwide Announces Spin-Off Hotel Company Executive Leadership Team

Wyndham Worldwide has just announced their leadership appointments for the brand new, publicly traded hotel company that will be created by the 2018 spin-off from the Wyndham Worldwide brand.
Wyndham boasts 18 brands and more than 8,100 hotels, making it the world’s largest hotel company. Wyndham Worldwide also features a loyalty program that has over 50 million members, and has been strategizing for three years on improving their brand quality, technology, and marketing.
Wyndham hotels feature iconic brand like Days Inn and Super 8. The future asset-light, fee-for-service hotel company will continue to grow and build on its leading position while adding to their upscale portfolio and improving their overall management business.
Geoff Ballotti, the current CEO of Wyndham Hotel Group, will continue leading the hotel company as President and CEO as previously stated. David Wyshner has just recently joined Wyndham Worldwide as their CFO and will soon become the CFO of the new hotel company once the spin-off is made official.
The appointments that were just announced are as follows:
- Chief Strategy and Development Officer – Tom Barber
- General Counsel – Paul Cash
- Chief Administrative Officer – Mary Falvey
- Chief Marketing Officer – Barry Goldstein
- Chief Operating Office – Bob Loewen

The spin-off of Wyndham Worldwide was first announced on August 2, 2017. This will lead to two separate, publicly traded companies—Wyndham Hotel Group and Wyndham Vacation Network. The corporate names of the post-spin public companies have yet to be determined.
