New Timbers Resorts Property Opens at Kiawah Island

Timbers Resorts has just opened Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences on Kiawah Island. This is the first new residential development on the island’s oceanfront in more than 30 years. The new property consists of 21 high-end fractional ownership residences.

The new residences are spread across three oceanfront buildings. Timbers Resorts properties operate like a full-service luxury resort with year-round on-site management, concierge services, owner storage, housekeeping, and valet parking.

The Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences three-bedroom units start at $490,000 for a one-ninth ownership, while the four-bedroom penthouses start at $1.34 million for a one-sixth ownership interest.

Timbers Kiawah Ocean Club & Residences is the only residence club currently existing on Kiawah Island, giving a completely new opportunity for those looking to own in this location.
