Leading vacation ownership brand Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) has been named one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Job Starters” by Newsweek. The company earned four and a half out of five stars thanks to its commitment to a supportive work environment with ongoing education and growth opportunities.

HGV President and CEO Mark Wang was thrilled to discuss the news:

“At HGV, we know that the younger generation is the future of our company, and we strive to do everything we can to provide them with the guidance and resources they deserve to be fulfilled in their new careers. We’re honored to receive this recognition and look forward to continuing to build a workplace that inspires and empowers our team members to achieve their full potential.”

HGV Chief Human Resources Officer and Corporate Affairs Pablo Brizi added:

“We’re thrilled to receive this award for being a great place for young professionals to work. At our core, we value career development and recognize that investing in our team members is key to our success. We’re committed to fostering a culture of learning and development, and we’re excited to see our young professionals continue to thrive and grow.”

Hilton Grand Vacations has developed over 1,000 distinct training and development courses to help younger colleagues develop crucial workplace skills and help them become strong leaders. They are also focused on exposing their team members to a variety of experiences and leadership styles to provide a well-rounded work environment. The company also offers a number of internship and mentorship programs for young professionals seeking out pivotal networking opportunities and work experience.

With a focus on inclusion, HGV also has 12 Team Member Resource Groups (TMRG) that are meant to foster support, engagement, and collaboration. The Young Professionals TMRG centers itself on helping the company’s younger generation of team members and provides a space for them to come together as a community.

Additionally, one of HGV’s key philanthropic pillars for the company’s corporate social responsibility program (HGV Serves) is youth development.
