On February 17, 2017, Vail Resorts, Inc. announced their agreement to acquire Stowe Mountain Resort from the Mt. Mansfield Company, Inc. The company purchased the resort from the subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. for the price of $50 million, subject to certain adjustments.

Diamond Resorts International has just announced their newest sponsorship arrangement with Country music award-winning artist, Cole Swindell.
Prior to signing on as an ambassador, Swindell had recently participated in the Diamond Resorts Invitational on January 13-15, benefiting the Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando Florida.
