Accreditation Awarded to Westgate Children’s Learning and Development Center

The Westgate Children’s Learning and Development Center has just received accreditation from the National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs. As the commission can be very selective, this is a great honor.

Located in Olrando, Florida the Westgate Children’s Learning and Development Center provides year-round learning to children ages 6 weeks through 5 years old. According to experts, it is during this time that a child’s mind goes through the most important developmental stages. The center works to enhance this time of development with a positive and enriching atmosphere.

The learning and development center is one of 1,500 child care centers in the U.S. to receive this prestigious accreditation.
The commission only awards National Accreditation to child care centers that exhibit the highest level of child care. Specifically, they look for centers that offer developmental and growth programs that exceed expectations set by the commission. These programs should help nurture the childrens’ physical and emotional well-being.

Director of Early Childhood at the Westgate Children’s Learning and Development Center, Billinda Boldt said, “It is honor to receive this prestigious accreditation. Our team is dedicated to ensure that our children get the very best out of this program and to get this distinction really puts an exclamation point on the work we’ve done here.”

Children enrolled at the Westgate Children’s Learning and Development Center will study a variety of subjects including math, English, science, social studies, and more. If eligible, Westgate employees can even enroll their children at the Learning and Development Center for a reduced cost.
