Palace Resorts Appoints New Vice President

Place Resorts announced that timeshare veteran Alan Doyle will become their new VP of Global Sales, Meetings, and Incentives. Doyle will be responsible for eight resort properties in Cozumel, Cancun, Riviera Maya, and Isla Mujeres, and will also work with the new Moon Palace, Jamaica Grande, opening soon.

In his new role, Doyle will lead the company’s sales team, attract new business partners, grow emerging resort markets, and enhance customer satisfaction through the sales team. Doyle previously held the Corporate Director of Sales position in the meetings, incentives, conventions, and events (aka M.I.C.E.) segment for Palace resort.

Doyle joined the Palace Resorts family in 2004 as the International Group Sales Manager for Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort. Located in Cancun, Doyle showed an outstanding commitment to the resort and was instrumental in growing the M.I.C.E. segment.

As Doyle moves to his new role as Vice President, he brings with him 15 years of sales experience. Before coming to Palace resorts, he worked for three years at Camino Real Cancun as the International Group Sales Manager. Here, he gained valuable knowledge and expertise that have served in well in his career.

While with Palace Resorts, Doyle has also been Director of Sales for Cancun Palace, Sun Palace, Beach Palace, and Moon Palace Golf & Spa Resort.
