Marriott International Luxury Brands Award Top Honors in J.D. Power Ranking

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, JW Marriott Hotels & Resorts, and W Hotels are all Marriott International luxury brands that have recently been recognized by the J.D. Power 2017 North American Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index Survey. These brands stand out as having a high guest satisfaction rating among guests.
Tied for the number one positions this year was the Ritz-Carlton and the JW Marriott, showing Marriott International’s commitment to providing unparalleled guest services to all travelers. For the third year in a row, Ritz-Carlton was honored at the #1 luxury brand, with JW Marriott increasing their score up from #3 to #1 this year. W Hotels was also recognized among the leaders for satisfied guests.

This is the 21st year of the J.D. Power study, which measures overall guest satisfaction across eight segments of hotel luxury. It also monitors seven factors to determine guest satisfaction such as the reservation process, efficient of check-in/check-out, accommodations, food and beverage, cost and fees, and the general hotel services and facilities.
Marriott International also features Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, The Luxury Collection, BVLGARI Hotels & Resorts, and EDITION Hotels in the luxury portfolio of properties.
