Interval International Adds New Resort to Luxury Catalogue

Preferred Residences, the luxury-only brand from Interval International, has added a new resort to its exchange network. Azure Beach Residences, an upscale vacation ownership property in Aruba, has affiliated with the exchange program to attract new guests and provide new services for its current owners.
Just steps from the famed Eagle Beach in Aruba, the Azure Beach Residences are currently under construction, headed by The Pering Group. The acclaimed luxury resort developer will build upscale vacation homes with elegant accommodations and a flurry of desirable on-site amenities to provide guests and owners with an immersive luxury experience. Two-, three-, and five-bedroom units will be spread across two towers, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, premium appliances, high-speed internet, and breathtaking views.
The Preferred Residences program allows developers of luxury vacation ownership properties to better market their living spaces to customers seeking a high-end getaway. Created by Interval International, Preferred Residences also allows for exchange possibilities between owners at other affiliated properties, thus opening up more options for owners at the Azure Beach Residences as well as allowing others to visit the resort who don’t own there.
