Mexican resort, Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit, has received the AAA Five Diamond Award 2016 for excellence in quality and service for a complete decade. This will make it the only luxury all inclusive North American resort to ever have received this award for ten straight years. Each year, AAA’s inspectors review more than 28,000 lodgings and nearly 30,000 restaurants. Last year of the 65,000 lodgings that were reviewed worldwide, only 120 received the Five Diamond Award. The SpaFinder Wellness 365’s 2015 Wellness Travel Awards honor top spas, hotels, resorts and retreats around the globe that provide guests with an exceptional wellness experience. A panel of over 30 wellness travel experts nominated 509 resorts and hotels as finalists for the awards, after which 10,000 consumers voted and chose the winners.
