Dial An Exchange Europe Timeshare Opens New Office in Bulgaria

Dial An Exchange Europe timeshare announces the opening of a new Customer Service Center in Bulgaria. Established to serve Dial An Exchange timeshare members across Eastern Europe, especially in the countries of Russia, Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey, the new office gives the company three locations in Europe to better serve its members.
The new offices will be managed by Dial an Exchange Timeshare Directors, Smilena Popova and Gareth Edwards, who together bring more than thirty years of industry experience to their roles. Managing Director of DAE Europe, Oliver Green, says “The opening of our third office in Europe further underlines our commitment to provide our constantly growing membership base with the best customer service in the industry. Our Eastern European members will now be able to discuss their holiday requirements in their own language with holiday consultants who intimately understand the market in the region in which they reside.”

Director Smilena Popova will be responsible for the new office’s administration and customer care teams. She says, “Our goal is to make our clients’ vacation experience the best it can be.
