Hilton Grand Vacations Timeshare Opening Lodge at Canyons Resort

Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare has announced it will be opening Sunrise Lodge, a timeshare property located within the award-winning Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah. The scheduled opening date is November 21, 2012—just in time for Thanksgiving and the start of ski season on November 23.

The 83 timeshare units will be available to Hilton Grand Vacations owners and to new Hilton timeshare owners. Hilton Grand Vacations states, “…all future deeded real estate interests sold at Sunrise Lodge will include membership in Hilton Grand Vacations Club, providing owners with distinctive global travel advantages and membership in the renowned Hilton HHonors guest loyalty program featuring more than 3,900 locations in 91 countries across ten leading brands worldwide.”

This beautiful Hilton property is located at the base of the Sunrise Lift, which leads to 4,000 acres of outstanding ski and snowboard terrain at Canyons Resort. Canyons Resort has been recognized as one of the Top 10 North American resorts in Ski Magazine’s annual reader survey and is ranked “#4 Ski Resort in North America” by Outside magazine. Offering a prime ski-in location, the Canyons is also a popular year-round vacation destination.

Sunrise Lodge offers studio timeshare units as well as spacious 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom timeshare suites. The suites include a living area with fireplace, full kitchen, and room for you and your family to spread out and relax. On property is an outdoor heated pool, fitness center, onsite ski equipment rental, whirlpool spas, and free high speed internet access, all set in architecture that is reminiscent of a grand European mountain retreat, with native mountain stonework and timber frame design.
