Fredricks points out that the program, which included events and activities sponsored by the company to provide associates with tools to be more well-rounded and happy, has also grown the personal capacity of every team member to live a healthier, happier, and more productive life. Tracy Ward adds, “For some events, such as our All Associate Meetings and Welk+ celebrations, participation has grown by as much as 50 percent.”
