Westgate Resorts Announces New Fine Dining Experience

Westgate Resorts, founded by David Siegel, has announced the grand opening of Edge Steakhouse at The Canyons Ski Resort in Park City, Utah. Established as an ultimate fine dining experience, Edge Steakhouse was created to take the traditional American-style steakhouse to a new level.
Mark Waltrip, Chief Operating Officer of Westgate timeshares, explains, “We designed this restaurant to provide the ultimate dining experience. We like to say that we didn’t need to put any art on the walls because the restaurant is the art; our food is the masterpiece and the dining experience is extraordinary.”
Located at Westgate Resorts Park City Resort & Spa, in the village, Edge Steakhouse features an extensive menu that includes both traditional steakhouse favorites along with unique appetizers, creative entrees, and distinctive side dishes, all from Executive Chef Kyle Smith and the Westgate Resorts culinary team.
The menu showcases top-quality aged Prime and Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef. But you can also enjoy such indulgences as Milanese-style, bone-in veal chop, encrusted with fresh herbs, over a San Marzano marinara; a venison duo of two New Zealand venison chops, house made venison sausage with a huckleberry demi-glace; the fresh seafood tower; rack of Niman Ranch lamb with a jalapeño honey glaze and other culinary delights. Not only is the menu outstanding, but Edge Steakhouse prides itself on the fact that so is its service and style. Creating a unique ambiance unlike other dining experiences in Park City, the restaurant’s interior features a glass-enclosed wine cellar in the center of the dinning area with more than a 1000 bottles of wines collected worldwide.
