Wyndham Denarau Island Awarded Best Timeshare Resort

Wyndham Denarau IslandLast week at the GNEX Perspective Magazine Awards, Wyndham Resort Denarau Island in Fiji was presented with Best Timeshare Resort.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership claimed five out of eight nominated awards at the Perspective Magazine awards. However, the honor of Best Timeshare Resort in the world was perhaps the most impressive award the company received.

Wyndham executives feel this honor is a result of their commitment to their guests and vacation owners. CEO Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, Barry Robinson shared,

“Our commitment to providing first-class accommodation and facilities to owners and guests is reflected in the significant development of this property. We are proud to welcome our owners and guests to the best address on the island, offering warm, friendly service and brilliant accommodation choices both befitting of the destination and true to the Wyndham legacy.”

Recently, the Wyndham Denarau Island resort underwent a $26 Million Dollar ($50 Million FJD) renovation. With this renovation, Wyndham added 63 new timeshare units including one-, two-, and three-bedroom deluxe apartments. The resort also expanded their selection of luxurious three-bedroom Grand Suites, and three & four-bedroom Presidential Suites. These Presidential Suites offer the perfect location for a tropical retreat, featuring private pools with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

As a part of both Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Worldmark by Wyndham, the Wyndham Denarau Island resort is a popular destination for many vacation owners. The resort has been overwhelmed, with an average occupancy rate of 90%.

Now that the Wyndham Denarau Island offers a total of 201 timeshare units, they can better accommodate their owner’s requests. As demand for these timeshares and rentals continue to increase, Wyndham may build even more guest rooms in the future.
