Ocean Canyon Properties Acquires New Campground in Branson

Ocean Canyon Properties, a privately owned campground-based vacation ownership company, has announced the acquisition of Compton Ridge Campground in Branson, Missouri.
Compton Ridge is located about one mile from the popular Branson theme park, Silver Dollar City. The resort offers traditional tent-style camping and deluxe RV accommodations. The main camp area offers 260 spaces for RV owners complete with electric, water, and full hook-up.
If you desire a bit more space, Compton Ridge also offers 30 traditional hotel rooms including 5 suites. The variety of accommodations at Compton Ridge offers something for everyone. For campers, the resort also features two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a lodge, country store, and Wi-Fi throughout the camping site.
An Ocean Canyon Properties Campground Membership offers travelers the chance to travel across the U.S. with a single membership. Buyers can purchase floating weeks to use at any of their eight campgrounds. This will be Ocean Canyon Properties’ first timeshare campground in Missouri.
As a popular timeshare destination, Branson, Missouri is the perfect location for Ocean Canyon’s expansion. Members will enjoy the chance to visit the city and its many family-friendly attractions.

This is the eighth campground to join Ocean Canyon’s growing resort inventory. Ocean Canyon Properties also owns Tres Rios RV Resort in Texas, Abita Springs RV Resort in Louisiana, Millwood Landing Golf and RV Resort in Arkansas, North Shore Resort in Georgia, Styx River RV Resort in Alabama, Mountain Lakes Resort in Alabama, and Texoma Shores RV Resort in Oklahoma. Compton Ridge Campground is closed for the winter season and will reopen on April 1st, 2014.
