El Cid Vacations Club Restaurant Maintains Prestigious Certification

The El Cid Vacations Club has announced that the El Cid Marina Beach Resort in Mazatlán, Mexico has once again received the “Distintivo H” recognition. The Distinitivo H certification, provided by the Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Health, is awarded to Mexico’s finest restaurants for excellence in health code standards.

Mexico’s Ministry of Health created the “H” preventative program to reduce the contamination of foods and the spread of disease. This precautionary act is helping to improve not only food quality, but Mexico’s culinary reputation. This is a great step forward for Mexican tourism, as they have not always held an excellent reputation for food quality.

The El Cid Marina Beach Resort has received the prestigious “H” distinction for quite a few years. The resort features five dining options including the popular La Marina restaurant. At the La Marina, guests can enjoy locally caught seafood and international cuisine while overlooking the gorgeous views of the Marina.

The Distintivo H accreditation allows guests to feel comfortable dining at the El Cid Marina Beach Resort. The certification also rates the quality of beverages, so guest can feel relaxed when they enjoy drinks at the resort.

El Cid Vacations Club is a leader in Mexican vacation ownership and timeshare resorts. The vacation club includes nine resorts across Cozumel, Puerto Moreles, Cancun/Riviera Maya, and Mazatlán. El Cid timeshare owners have the option to travel between the El Cid timeshare resort destinations.
