Interval International App Provides Getaway Alerts

Interval International, the leading timeshare exchange company, has announced an update to their already popular App for iPad, iPhone, and Android Devices.
The updated App will allow members to set up custom “getaway alerts” for their favorite destinations. With this feature, members can book their favorite vacations the moment they become available.
These alerts are specifically for Interval’s Getaway Program. This unique program allows Interval International members to book vacations without having to exchange their timeshare weeks. Members can purchase vacations in addition to their current week, or purchase for family and friends.
Interval’s VP of e-commerce and digital marketing, Madeline Berges said, “Interval’s Getaway program, weeklong vacations priced affordably without the need to exchange, is one of our most popular benefits. Now, members can use the Interval International app to conduct an ongoing search for their preferred Getaways, without having to re-enter selection criteria. Adding the alerts lets members receive timely notifications, so they won’t miss an opportunity.”
The Getaway Program provides vacations all over the world. Members can travel to Florida, the Caribbean, and even Europe without exchanging. Getaways are also a great value. According to IntervalWorld.com, weeks start as low as $224 per week. With prices so low, it’s no wonder that members are jumping at the chance to book these vacations.
Creating a Getaway Alert is easy. To get started, simply search your desired destination, travel dates, and unit size. The Interval App offers the chance to set up 15 alerts at a time, so you’ll want to name each alert so it is easily recognizable. Once the trip is available, you’ll be notified through the alert. Getaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis so you’ll need to move fast.
Since the original App was introduced in 2010, it has been downloaded by more than 280,000 users. The Interval International App offers other great features such as the Interval World® magazine, Interval HD videos, travel tips, and a full resort directory. The App also makes it easy to share your travel plans on social media.
