Grand Residences Celebrates 6 Months of Success

The newest timeshare resort from Royal Resorts, the Grand Residences Riviera Cancun, is celebrating its six month anniversary. The resort debuted in December 2013 and has experienced great success so far.
The private residence club is located in between the serene beaches of Riviera Maya and the exciting city of Cancun, offering the best of both worlds. Travelers can enjoy a luxurious escape, an adventurous Mexican vacation, or a bit of both.

Since their doors opened, the Grand Residences Riviera Cancun has received top reviews from both travelers and industry professionals. On TripAdvisor, they are the top ranking resort in Puerto Morales with a 94% rating. The luxury timeshare resort was also honored with two awards from Perspective Magazine in 2013 for Best Fractional Resort in Latin America and Best Fractional Resort Worldwide.

The Grand Residences offer a home away from home for members and guests. The resort states that their 103 suites are 50% larger than the typical hotel. Their largest suite, the four-bedroom presidential penthouse, offers an impressive 8,817 square feet and accommodates up to 13 guests. The suites also feature a full sized kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room. The units are decorated in a classic luxury style with custom artwork. Most suites also offer private terraces with pools.
For amenities, the Grand Residences offers a spa, word-class fitness center and gourmet dining. At guest’s request, their chefs will customize a menu and cooking demonstration for small groups.
