El Cid Vacations Club Creates Mobile App

So far over 2,360 ECVC members in Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. have downloaded the app. Amongst these downloads, the company has seen over 12,000 uses of the application. El Cid Vacations Club expects these numbers to increase exponentially in the next few months.

• Airport Transportation — Most ECVC resort are happy to transport their members to and from the airport. With the new app, members can set up their pick-ups and drop-offs with just a few simple clicks.
• FAQ — Members can search for information and ask questions through the ECVC app. No need to wait for a phone representative, they can access the customer service team directly through the app.
• Excursions — One of the most popular features is the ability to view and book resort activities. Members can use the app to search by resort for tours, classes, and events.
• Discounts — As a vacation club member, El Cid owners know a good value. The new app allows members to view current discounts and incentives available exclusively for owners.
