Hilton Grand Vacations Ranked on “Best Places to Work” List

Recently, the Las Vegas division of Hilton Grand Vacations was named one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Southern Nevada HR Association (SMHRA). The awards were announced during the association’s “Best Places to Work Southern Nevada®” Awards luncheon.
VP Human Resources for Hilton Grand Vacations, Lisa Cohen said, “Earning this notable recognition is a true testament to Hilton Grand Vacations and how rewarding it is to represent the 12 renowned brands of Hilton Worldwide. Las Vegas is a thriving destination with a highly competitive employment environment. To be recognized as a top workplace by the prestigious SNHRA is a significant achievement and we are honored by this distinction.”
In order to qualify for the “Best Places to Work in Southern Nevada” awards, a company must be nominated by an employee. The nomination process includes a review on employee benefits, training, and acknowledgement. In addition, the association will review the company’s community involvement.
Once an organization has been nominated, the company must submit an essay to explain why they should be selected.
