The Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach Opens for Business

Hyatt Ka'anapali Beach Timeshare Resort

Hyatt Vacation Ownership has opened the doors to its newest timeshare, the Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach. Hyatt Vacation Ownership (HVO), owned and operated by Interval Leisure Group (ILG), is one of the industry’s most popular vacation ownership companies. With the addition of this Maui resort, the brand now offers more variety than ever.

Although the Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach is HVO’s first timeshare resort in Hawaii, it joins 15 others within the Hyatt timeshare network. Located along the coast of Maui, the resort actually shares 40 acres and 1,800 feet of beach with the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa. The close proximity to this established Hyatt resort provides guests with the opportunity to experience all the amenities of both resorts.

President of Hyatt Vacation Ownership, John Burlingame shared,

“It’s extremely gratifying to open our first resort in Hawaii in a nearly impossible-to-duplicate site and offer our members and guests an incomparable vacation experience. We’re excited that owners, who have purchased in the past year, will now be able to enjoy every aspect of the Hyatt Ka’anapali Beach, from the striking design to the elegant interior decor to the lavish amenities.”

The luxury resort offers 131 timeshare units, with roomy one-, two-, and three-bedroom accommodations. Each unit is suite-style and features a living room, dining area with full table, and a gourmet kitchen. Many of the guest rooms offer stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, while others offer tropical scenes of the West Maui Mountains.

While guests will appreciate the spacious suites, they will fall in love the amazing amenities and features of the resort. Guests can grab a margarita at the beachfront Pau Huaka’I tiki bar, lay by the lagoon pool, or visit the 8,000 square-foot lobby to make dinner reservations with the concierge.

ILG’s chairman, president, and CEO, Craig M. Nash added, “We’re very proud to celebrate the opening of this remarkable resort, in partnership with Host Hotels & Resorts. We expect this project to be a meaningful contributor to HVO.”
