New Restaurant Opens at Canyon’s Resort

After months of construction, Canyon’s Resort has reopened their popular restaurant, Cloud Dine.
Located at the top of Dream Peak, Cloud Dine is a cafeteria- style restaurant. Over the past year, the original space was remodeled and expanded. The resort increased the size of the dining room by almost 50% and added a new outdoor deck area.
VP and general manager of Canyons Resort, Mike Goar said, “The new Cloud Dine is a fantastic upgrade to our on-mountain dining options. The new building increases seating capacity and flow at one of our most popular destinations on-mountain, and guests are sure to enjoy new menu items created by Executive Chef Alex Malmborg and Chef Greg Hansen.”
Menu offerings will include prepared items and made-to-order items including: smoked salmon pot pie, Kobe beef hot dogs, wood-fired pizza, flatbread pizzas, salads, soups, and sandwiches.
The 2015 ski season is currently underway and Canyon Resorts has received over four feet of snow in the last 10 days. After a long day on the mountain, guests can unwind at Cloud Dine and enjoy a relaxing meal.
For those familiar with the resort, Cloud Dine is seated at the top of the DreamCatcher and Dreamscape lifts. With easy access from various trails, skiers of all skill levels can visit the resort.
