RCI Provides New Technologies Through RCI Affiliate Access Program

RCI announced this week that they have expanded their RCI Affiliate Access Program. The vacation exchange company will now provide the option to use CardConnect™and TrackResults to its affiliated resorts. These new technologies will have the ability to enhance resort sales and customer service activities.

CardConnect, a payments technology, will allow resorts to quickly and securely process transactions. Since their founding in 2006, CardConnect has worked with over 50,000 businesses to provide reliable payments. Their one-stop payment software will allow RCI affiliated resorts to process credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, and even loyalty cards with ease.
While CardConnect will be used to analyze payments, TrackResults will be used to review sales and marketing data. With TrackResults’ analytics program, resorts can pinpoint challenges and opportunities, create custom reports, and use this information to boost performance. However, what truly sets TrackResults apart from other platforms is that it was specifically designed for the vacation ownership industry.
The RCI Affiliate Access program provides a variety of solutions at discounted prices. Essentially the access program is a “one-stop shop” for resorts to facilitate resort operations.
