Hilton Grand Vacations Named Top Company for 5th Consecutive Year

For the fifth consecutive year, Hilton Grand Vacations was selected by the Orlando Sentinel as one of the Top 100 Companies for Working Families in Central Florida. The prestigious list includes companies that exhibit the best employee benefits, working environments, engagement, and development. The timeshare company was honored at a luncheon today, in Orlando.

The Orlando Sentinel’s Top 100 list is one of Central Florida’s premier award programs. Once a year, the Orlando Sentinel showcases local businesses who demonstrate a commitment to balancing work life and family life.

To create this year’s list, the Orlando Sentinel judged businesses in five categories: work environment, core benefits, family-related benefits, employee training, and communication. The nominees were selected through an application process and judged by an independent panel of HR experts. Those who scored the highest were included in the top 100 list.
